Unable to register
There is no logical way to do the first setup and no guide in the app (or on paper) to follow so you have to look it up online.
App has generally bad and confusing UX. It’s never logical where things are placed. Firmware updates are not always working, hardware comes with old firmware and you can’t update in order to get Matter support, because updates are not working.
One expensive and bad experience so far…
