Got worse
I used this app literally last June to decorate my room and it helped so much! I could see how everything would fit using the furniture button although some things were pro which was fine. Now this year when I’m ready to decorate my apartment, you have to pay for everything! I can only see the layout of the place which makes no sense if I can’t see what it would look like with furniture! It would be so nice to have some of those features back. Never using this all again

Terrible service and payment
This app is not that easy to navigate. Even if it uses AI, there are many options that are egregiously overpriced for its service. Navigating the app is a bit confusing. Searching for basic art and concepts to decorate. It’s not that easy. Sometimes art floats around in the center of the room or off the walls a bit. Especially if you plan on hanging it above a shelf or piece of furniture. You only get to choose from items that are available in actual stores and there is no basic in stock furniture items to choose from for concept ideas. Also, when I purchased the subscription, I had plenty of funds for the app to process my purchase. Instead, when I wasn’t happy with the app, I canceled at the end of the first month. Expecting the subscription to be pulled prior. Instead, they decided to charge my account the day I canceled, which was way after I had made my purchase. It didn’t make sense because it wasn’t like I was accumulating usage, and they should’ve just charged me from the beginning when I agreed to the monthly subscription and paid for it using Apple Cash. This locked my Apple account from downloading any apps because I didn’t have enough funds to process the payment later. I didn’t mind paying for the subscription to test out the app, but because I was charged so late, I demanded a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this app. For Interior Decorator online, I would suggest using something online on a tablet or desktop. This isn’t user-friendly on the phone as an app.

Fun to have but…
This is a fun app, but its like everything is so limited unless you pay. It’s ridiculous and it glitches out so much. I also wish for more start from blank designs like a three+ bedroom three+ bathroom ones, or multi floor blanks. FOR FREE. Also maybe more pet items? Likes cages or smaller fences. I fear that when a new app comes about that is free and i can do this in it, i will be switching.

I LOVE this game so much my kid may or mayn’t of doxxed us but that is okay we shall just deal with him later, other then that me and my husband made our house with us doing all sorts of things like baking food and looking after our kid

Shocking App and has left me with a real sense of deflation - it took ages to build the room ……. And then nothing , cheap graphics and intelligent input.

I’ve been using this app for years, and watched it go from a 10/10 app to a pay for everything, cant save, basically unusable waste of space. To do anything you have to subscribe, but it’s all just scams. Not worth it.
