PDF files not accepted
Documents are requested, but pdf’s will not upload. Docs have to be photo graphed or converted to jpg’s and pages uploaded individually. Poor.
Consistently getting worse with each update :)
Previously we could at least open the gate without hanging up first.

Home+ works well
It has been a good experience with home+. Saves the trouble of carrying and tapping a physical card, face recognition works generally well and visitors are handled well too. Thank you for the good product and look forward to continued improvement and great features.
