This was purchased and is not compatible with my camera, contacted Apple for refund which they denied as it is a third party subscription, contacted home security via their email no response, glad it was only$50 I lost , very disappointing

I accidentally installed this app and was charged right away without any clear warning or confirmation before the deduction. Customers should be properly informed that payment will be taken immediately before subscribing or installing. The app should make the charges more transparent to avoid unexpected deductions.
