Thursday afternoon my wife called and there are two people at the lake house at Lake of the Ozarks, Ivy Bend. I was driving home and told her to watch their activity. She replied that they were checking the doors and all around the house. I could not see on my new phone The app only showed the Arlow house picture. I called the Morgan County Sheriff and they dispatched. While sheriff was in route they broke a down stairs window and entered. The simply safe system triggered but after they had stolen two cases of beer and a machete. The guy called for Magen his accomplice to help with the beer, but the alarm sounded and he jumped out the window and they ran away. The Sheriff arrived about 10 minutes later. Got good pictures of both robbers on Arlow.

How do you expect me to pay you a sub if I don’t know if your application is compatible with my equipment? Your application did not work.
Bad App - Beware
This is a junky app that’s for some reason comes to the top of the list when you search for Arlo security camera system. You don’t know it doesn’t work until you get past their paywall though. Biggest waste. Do all you can to get a refund if you also accidentally get it!!

Horrible cameras they don’t connect, I paid $40 for the yearly and tried to set the cameras up and they dont work. The app won’t find them
FRAUD !!!!
This is a scam! They make you click through and hide an instant subscription payment in there! Even if you immediately cancel they steal your money. You have to dispute the transaction with your bank! FRAUD!!!

Buyer beware. Be careful you do not click on being charged by this app because I had good cause for repayment yet my repayment was flatly declined. I was stuck paying a yearly membership without a refund, when I had no use for this particular app. It was simply the wrong one that I downloaded, and when I tried to explain my error, I was ignored The owner of this app still has not refunded me, nearly one year later. I check regularly to make sure my yearly subscription is canceled so they cannot steal more money from me.

Instructions are horrible. There is no ad device on the homepage. This is the Worst I’ve ever tried to use. Extremely disappointed.

I did not enroll in this application. This app is not best scam do not use. Do not download it. Be careful. I’m trying to get my money back. Hope I can get it.
