Pointless
This used to be a great app. You would get great product recommendations, feel part of a community and connected to other members by helping answer questions. Over the past year it’s become pointless. Receive no product tests anymore and can’t ask or answer product questions. Such a shame as it used to be a great way to find and try new products.

App crashes and freezes
I have had a lot of luck being chosen to review products s however when I try to type out my review, the app crashes, freezes and my words come out all jumbled because the cursor skips to the middle of my sentence. It’s taken me almost 10 minute to type out one sentence. If you want people to provide detailed reviews you need to fix your app.

Can’t make reviews
Everytime I try to make a review it just says there is an error
Error error everywhere
I spend so much time rewriting reviews because it keeps saying - error unsaved changes try again later. And I have never been able to upload a video as it says error every time. It is so frustrating. It needs to be fixed asap
Doesn’t work
Cannot log in after update. Ask you to fill in profile but will not let you click the confirm button. It’s been like this for weeks. Sort it out please.
Login with Apple option no longer works
I tried to reach out multiple times regarding the fact that I can no longer use my account that was using the login with Apple option after the website went through the major update, but nobody ever reached back to me. I lost my account that I have been using since last year.
Apple ID sign in
So I created an account using Apple ID via the webpage then when I downloaded the app I signed in using Apple ID. However it hasn’t recognised the old Apple ID account so now I have 2 Apple ID accounts that won’t let me sign in to. Keeps coming up with error message. I deleted the most recent Apple ID account on my iPhone but every time I try to sign in it just creates a new one then I’m back to square one with 2 accounts I can’t get into 😩 scared I’m going to loose all my progress, reviews, points and products. Any advice. Please help. Thanks

Nouvelle app qui possède de nombreux bug.
Super, enfin l’application tant attendu de la page web.
Malheureusement la mise en ligne semble s’être faite beaucoup trop rapidement.
- mauvais clavier (pas celui de l’utilisateur
- auto correcteur anglophone sur la version francophone de l’app
- page blanche après avoir laissé un commentaire
- les informations d’utilisateurs ne semblent pas avoir migré de la version web vers l’app mobile.
Un peu déçu, je vais poursuivre sur la version web.

Freezes my phone
I love hometestersclub I’ve been using it for years and have gotten to try a lot of skincare products. But I will continue to use the website. The app keeps freezing and it slows down my phone and freezes my phone to the point I can’t even use my phone. Hopefully there will be an update with a better version!
