Nothing but problems with this app. Half the time I can’t even login. Either it’s down or it says my information is wrong when I know it’s not.
FaceID Functionality Is Broken/Doesn’t Work
When you turn on the option to log in using FaceID, the setting either resets when you close the app, open the app again, and log back in. If the setting doesn’t reset, it still displays as being turned on, but it doesn’t work when trying to log in. This is ESPECIALLY annoying if you try to be secure and use a complex password because you have to enter each character, which is not as easy as entering your dog’s name and a few numbers as a password.
