This app, much like the website (and company to be honest) is absolutely garbage. Don’t bother trying to use it.
Crooks
If you’re in such a bad place that you absolutely must rent through these folks, document EVERYTHING from move-in to move-out. They are either uneducated on tenant laws or like to break them. Their prices may look okay for the area but you’ll end up quickly paying more in careless errors and exponentially increasing rent.

FRAUD
Do not send anybody money we send money money to somebody that looked like a white dude with long hair that showed us the apartment and he was lying. It was fraud. He never let us move into the apartment give us the keys. He just took our deposit of $2400 and never give it back and the bank doesn’t want to give us her money back either so now we just got scammed.

DO NOT USE
I tried to rent a place with this company and our process probably started early June and they did not give me a lease till mid July. I would reply to messages within hours and not hear back for weeks. By the time I tried to review the lease and fix some mistakes they made, they never got back to me. I tried calling, emailing, using their ticket system… not even their emergency line would pick up. Last minute I needed to find a backup place and requested a refund of the deposit. No response for weeks as well. I eventually had to go through my bank to get my deposit back. It’s like there is no one you can actually get a hold of to talk to. I dodged a bullet. Would not recommend.

Most horrible app
This company and app are a joke I wouldn’t waste my time with them anymore been a renter for almost 6 years now I can’t wait to get away from these people they are rude in the office no one ever has answers and I have yet to see a refund back on my pool maintenance that I paid for for 6 months without anyone servicing it pool green as green could be and there answer to that when I called another state with the same company is to put a ticket in and what did that get me almost a year later and still nothing save your money and time and stay away from this company and app
