I had a camera from this brand from 2019 and I just moved into my new house and trying to connect to the app but it’s not working. The app needs to be updated.
Worse app ever
I purchased a simple alarm system some years ago I could never change my phone number on it, I can’t get into the account it’s the worse security system ever. I’m throwing the whole package in the trash at this point
Why does Apple keep this scam here?
This company needs to be removed from apple store. After purchasing security system and paying for their cloud services the app stop working over a year ago locking out customers from their security video. The website is not live anymore and company scam customers of their money and security private video. Apple needs to investigate this disgusting developer and remove it from store at once!

Waste of money
I've had the system for a few years now. All of a sudden I can't view anything. App just says it's a demo 🤷🏽♀️
Guess No Longer Working
The app does not load at all, just spins. Possibly trying to login. Guess nothing works anymore. Sad. Had potential.
Not working
I think they forgot to pay the Wi-Fi bill. It’s been many months I do not have a connection. I can’t even give it a star one.
Stopped working
I used this system for 5 years with no problems until now. I cannot login to my account, and can’t use the system. I tried 4 times to get support with no reply. I only used it for entry when I’m away. Once they sell the units and you don’t pay the monthly monitoring fee they don’t want anything to do with you.

App is frozen
App is frozen. I open the app and it will no let me enter any information. I can’t access my account. I deleted and reinstalled it several times. It is a paperweight. Soooo disappointed☹️
Bad App
No updates for 2 years. No response to many emails. Cams will not work without their App.
Unreliable
When it works it’s great. It stops working like right now. It does not work. I deleted the app and re-added it and you can’t even enter your information into the app.

I have had this product for over 10 years And it’s out more than up I have not been able to get anything for over a month now Have uninstalled numerous times And still have nothing And you can’t contact anyone Don’t waste your money

This app is so bad it is always down and the camera on the app never work. How is this still allowed I don’t even want to think of how the people that pay the subscription feel. Please fix this app omg!!!
Garbage
Do not purchase anything from this company. All hardware is dependent on their crappy non existent never working app. I’m not talking about a few hours or a few days , I’m talking about almost a year now! How are They are still selling their garbage hardware when they are TOTALLY dependent on the app to work and the app does NOT work?!!!

My Home8 just stopped working. The phone app does not work. I’ve read where others Home8 never started working as myself after that disastrous day where the equipment failed. It will not allow me into the app anymore!!!!!!
Service is down
Their service is down. When you try to log into your account it will ask for your phone number for it to send an SMS message to register, we’ll that service no longer works and there is no way to log in. Do not buy their hardware because you need this app to work in order to use the hardware.

This system was recommended by the makers of my garage door, Marantek. They lead me down the wrong path and after a year or so of struggles I finally yanked it out and threw it away. Service was non existent and literally impossible to contact support. Don’t get near this garbage.
No longer works
It used to work OK, but this past week it got stuck in a “connection cannot be established” loop, the web interface gives a 503 error, and their service department won’t pick up.
Sounds like they’ve closed up shop and now I’m stuck with useless hardware.

Very poor performance; now account lockout
I need this app only to open & close my garage door, and to access the interior garage door camera. The garage door installers helped me set it up when my garage door was installed a few years ago.
When using this app, however, I am confronted with a bloated interface, full of buttons and widgets I don’t need. There is no way to customize the busy menu upon launching it. To open the garage door, I have to navigate into the app via 5 clicks or so, as opening the garage door is buried in the interface. Why isn’t there a button RIGHT THERE FOR GARAGE DOOR AS SOON AS I OPEN THE APP??? I have no idea.
It often fails to connect to the camera, I have to close and open the program multiple times sometimes to get the camera to connect, if it will at all.
Top it off—- the worst part is that for the past 2-3 weeks, I have been unable to log into my account at all! Neither my phone # nor password has changed, but the app tells my my account doesn’t exist. Now it has gone from a poorly performing, poorly designed app, to completely useless!
