FOR RESIDENTS • Invite visitors in seconds with digital passes (QR codes your guards can scan) • Approve or deny visitor requests from push notifications • Pay estate bills and track payment history • Read community announcements, polls, and zone channels • Browse classifieds and estate events on your home calendar • Book shared facilities and hire vetted service providers • Shop from on-site vendors with order tracking • Report maintenance issues with photos and follow ticket status • Trigger SOS alerts and manage emergency contacts • Manage household members tied to your unit FOR SECURITY GUARDS • Gate feed: see who is expected and who is at the gate • Scan visitor QR codes and log entries • Register walk-in visitors when needed • Respond to SOS alerts from residents FOR ESTATE STAFF • View schedules and work tools designed for facility and domestic staff on site HOW YOU JOIN Your estate invites you by SMS. Enter your phone number, verify with OTP, and join your estate with the invite code or link from management. Residents can also submit a join request with proof of tenancy for admin approval.
