Terrible
This app continuously fails at verifying my password and after countless password resets it locks me out of my money. Please fix this issue

The submission of a deposit relies on being able to touch the green submit button at the end of the transaction steps. The submit button is mostly hidden on (an I phone) and you can’t scroll down to it and select. You have to “hold” it up so it’s visible and try to touch it before it reverts to under the bottom static info again. Reported it last year. No response

Barely Works
This app is so difficult to use. My app hasn’t loaded for like months now, i constantly have to go through my web browser. It crashes and barely loads all of the time.
Crash. Crash. Crash.
80% of the time this app is "currently unavailable". When that happens you then have to turn around and got to their website that never saves your device information and takes you even longer to log in. When you deposit a check on the app it won't go in until the next day which is very inconvenient even though the app says that it will go in that day. Go to another bank. Any bank.
