No idea what they did
I’ve been banking here for 8+ years never had a problem with the app and now I can’t even log in and the one time I could I couldn’t check balances or make transfers, this is one of the banks in the Quincy area that’s gone down hill and is starting to become a hassle to bank at

You can find any local or big bank that’s 10x better than homebank, getting charged insufficient fees even thought I have a grand in the account, getting charged service fees for just having an account, and getting changed to help a greedy bank not improve anything for the consumer, you’re better off banking anywhere else

Not loading
App is not loading at all for us.
Disappointed
The app used to be fantastic, super easy to use. But now it won’t load at all. Not even after uninstalling and reinstalling... multiple times. I’ve done everything I can think of to get this app to work and it just won’t, at all. Very disappointed.

I agree with previous comment. I could never log in again. I was able to log in once and contents were not existing. Then now I can't even log in. Let's see how long this will take to being anyone's attention.

This app is awesome...WHEN YOU CAN LOG INTO IT. Which is about 50% of the time. Terrible app. Must have some real winner designer for this one. Smh.
App itself is ok
The app itself is ok until you have to change your password every 6 months. You can't do it from a phone, at least I can't from my iPhone. When I try to change my password it won't allow me to and locks me out of my account. This usually happens on a weekend or holiday when the bank is closed. Their so called 24 customer service line is crap.
