This used to be a really great app but the developers fell asleep for a good year & got left in the dust by other CRM’s that are way better now

Scam
They charged me $137 after i deleted the app. No way to cancel subscription and no support. Edit: response to developer. You replied to me 2 years later. You have changed how the app works now. When I set up my subscription there was 0 way to cancel without a dispute using apple themselves. Your team gave me no help. I am keeping my review thanks

Always improving
I’ve had Homebase360 for my business since 2023. When I first had it, I wanted to switch many times, as they were missing many features. However, since then, they have always been improving and adding much needed updates. Happy I stuck around, and I hope they keep looking for ways to improve
DO NOT USE THIS APP
Had problems with the app and he continuously reached out to homebase and never heard anything back. This app is genuinely affordable. But I’d recommend spending the extra hundred to $150 a month to get something a lot more efficient and better for Your company.

Needs Quickbooks Integration
Overall very user friendly app. Useful if you’ve got a side hustle or sole prop. Missing Quickbooks integration if it’s going to compete with other CRMs

this app steals passwords and takes advantage of your data.
They got into a lawsuit with the government of Canada recently to make it even worse.
Hubspot and other crms are much better and are open source so you know your data isn’t being sold.

Best CRM for window’s
App is amazing! - super easy to track my team and the KPI feature is awesome for gamifying and having actual data. Maps is sick…have tried other CRM’s and can say this is the one for Home service companies. Legit built for anyone looking to scale and stay organized.

I have tried other apps like sales force and this app is so well made you can tell the developer team really knows what they’re doing
