Run, do not walk
This is the second brand of smart bulb we have bought. We’ve had great success with the other brand and assumed the same for this brand. Big mistake. Have wasted an hour installing/re-installing the app trying to register the bulb. User interface during the registration process was extremely poor. Blank boxes are not labeled so I had to guess what went in the box….email? password? user name? Nothing worked. I started to wonder whether the app was just trying to collect data from me. Never got it going in the end. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT! Wish I could have rated it zero stars…

Garbage
This app is trash! No guidance on how to register. Once I did get registered, the app keeps crashing. Now I have to return this stupid bulb because the company can’t make a good app to pair with it.
Terrible App
This app constantly crashes and won’t let me connect to my light bulbs! I highly recommended you return this light or smash it for fun!
Terrible App
It doesn’t even let you to create an account. Truly a disaster.
F Feit🤬
I’ll never buy Feit bulbs again. After spending a bunch of money on bulbs, the app is completely useless. And the a-holes at Feit haven’t updated it years. Badly run corporation 🤦🏻♂️
App does not work‼️😖😖🤬🤬
I have been trying to use this app for an hour now it does not work. It says I’m registered but I put in my email address hit submit and it disappears like magic. So I go out to re-enter the app it won’t open. And because I’ve had the boat more than 30 days. I can’t even return it plus I can’t use it and it was not cheap‼️
This is frustrating, very frustrating. Now you can see why people do some of the crazy things they do. Because one day, THIS might be what breaks the camels back. I’m just sayin….

This app does not work
Cannot even register. Crashing. Nonsensical suggestions. No options. How can they even sell this?
App doesn't work, it crashes
App doesn't work it crashes it won't even let me register. It just completely shuts off. My iPhone is completely up-to-date.
Junk
Can’t register and can’t connect. Try all reset instructions. NO GOOD!!! Take back to store!!!!!
Garbage
The HomeBrite app does not work one bit. It keeps on crashing. I am up to date on iOS and it just keeps shutting down. I found some bulbs that use this app and I can’t even get pass the login screen. Feit Electric needs to do better. Until a representative from the company responds to this issue, I will not purchase another product from them again. If this app is not to be used, remove it from the store or at least put some notification in the app that a different app is now required since it would be differing from the original packaging provided with the bulbs. iOS 18.2.1 iPhone 11

app constantly crashes and i can’t register at all
as title says - just bought the bulb today and tried to set it up but couldn’t get past the email/phone number registration page. will definitely be getting my money back for the bulb :/
App doesn’t work
Which makes expensive bulbs worthless
App Won’t Work
App won’t even open on my iPhone. Two of my four lights are turned off, and can only be turned back on through the app, which I cannot open.
HomeBrite
App does not work!!!
Do NOT get this app - does not work!
My homebrite system stopped working several months ago. The app won’t even open now on my iPhone. Tried resetting. Tried everything. This is total junk. Apple should remove it from the App Store.
App won’t even open
Lights are expensive and the app won’t even open to link the smart lights. Worst product ever. Save yourself some money and just buy yourself a regular light.
App keeps crashing
As of 2023 July the app keeps crashing on iPhone X. Login is not possible.
Same as all the other recent reviews
App hasn't been updated in years. Now it only crashes when trying to open it. It needs to be removed from the store.
Unsupported on iOS 16
The app crashes every time you try to log in.
Thumbs down
See previous comment. Spot on. It’s an expensive LED bulb. The app is unreliable. If I could give it “0” stars I would.
