This app is trash! No guidance on how to register. Once I did get registered, the app keeps crashing. Now I have to return this stupid bulb because the company can’t make a good app to pair with it.

This app constantly crashes and won’t let me connect to my light bulbs! I highly recommended you return this light or smash it for fun!

I’ll never buy Feit bulbs again. After spending a bunch of money on bulbs, the app is completely useless. And the a-holes at Feit haven’t updated it years. Badly run corporation 🤦🏻♂️

I have been trying to use this app for an hour now it does not work. It says I’m registered but I put in my email address hit submit and it disappears like magic. So I go out to re-enter the app it won’t open. And because I’ve had the boat more than 30 days. I can’t even return it plus I can’t use it and it was not cheap‼️

This app does not work
Cannot even register. Crashing. Nonsensical suggestions. No options. How can they even sell this?

App doesn't work it crashes it won't even let me register. It just completely shuts off. My iPhone is completely up-to-date.

The HomeBrite app does not work one bit. It keeps on crashing. I am up to date on iOS and it just keeps shutting down. I found some bulbs that use this app and I can’t even get pass the login screen. Feit Electric needs to do better. Until a representative from the company responds to this issue, I will not purchase another product from them again. If this app is not to be used, remove it from the store or at least put some notification in the app that a different app is now required since it would be differing from the original packaging provided with the bulbs. iOS 18.2.1 iPhone 11

as title says - just bought the bulb today and tried to set it up but couldn’t get past the email/phone number registration page. will definitely be getting my money back for the bulb :/

Do NOT get this app - does not work!
My homebrite system stopped working several months ago. The app won’t even open now on my iPhone. Tried resetting. Tried everything. This is total junk. Apple should remove it from the App Store.

Lights are expensive and the app won’t even open to link the smart lights. Worst product ever. Save yourself some money and just buy yourself a regular light.

As of 2023 July the app keeps crashing on iPhone X. Login is not possible.

App hasn't been updated in years. Now it only crashes when trying to open it. It needs to be removed from the store.

Worst
After iOS upgrade I can no longer use the app that controls the lightbulbs. Company does not respond nor support the US/Canada. Waste of money.
