App doesn’t work
Since months ago the app doesn’t work when I open the app and after loading, automatically redirect me to send an email to support. Please fix the issue!!

Great app and hardware but...
So sometimes the sensors unpair with the hub which renders the whole system useless. If this could be fixed it would make this a great security system.
Top, anmelden und registrieren ist komischerweise vertauscht
Anmelden und Registrieren ist vertauscht. Für das registrieren auf anmelden klicken. Wenn man dann dein Benutzerkonto angelegt hat, meldet man sich danach übers registrieren an. Danach war alles kinderleicht einzurichten. Bin total zufrieden.
Registrierung mit t-online.de Mailadresse nicht möglich
Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben. Bei der Registrierung erhalte ich stets die Fehlermeldung, dass die E-Mailadresse ungültig sei. Habe mehrere Adressen getestet und stets die gleiche Fehlermeldung erhalten. Daher muss ich auch die zugehörige Alarmanlage zurückgeben. googlemail.com geht auch nicht!

Not for H4
People from Chuango, why don’t you mention clearly that this app is for H4 Plus only and not for H4 ??? I have spent hours to get this working with my H4 - of course without success.
No manda notificaciones
Nada más ponerla empezó a enviar notificaciones... después desapareció mi correo electrónico y dejo de enviarlas y es imposible volver a configurarlo... da un error de “red inaccesible “.
También tengo una sirena inalámbrica conectada y aunque tengo configurado que suenen los pitidos de armar y desarmar.... no lo hace 😡.... alguien sabe por que???

I Can’t change the language. It’s only in Danish.
It’s in danish or norwiegan...
Cant change It back to english or spanish.

There’s a major issue regarding language of the app.
I’ve downloaded the app from Spain in two different Iphones but the only language showed is Danish (my mobiles are set in Spain region. I tried to download the app changing the region to USA with the same result of an app in Danish language).
I have contacted the support service without answer or solution to this issue.

En chinois uniquement, un bug?
S’affiche en chinois et impossible de trouver le moyen de changer alors qu’elle est décrite comme étant en 3 langues: anglais, espagnol, chinois simplifié.
Bug in phone&sms settings
There is a serious bug in the new version of the app : you can nog adjust the phone and sms settings (under notifications) anymore !
You can enter changes, but the V (approve-button) in these settings is missing !
