Works Okay
This app will get weird and start alerting me every 10 seconds for 10-20 minutes. It’s really annoying. Other than that, it works well for what I purchased it for.

A previous review complained of never receiving a code while trying to link the account through their Apple account. I recommend using an actual email address when signing up and be sure to check the spam folder as I’m sure your actual inbox will think it’s spam just as mine did. Setup was super quick and easy and it seems as though the previous poor reviews were from people who tried one time and then gave up.

早歩き程度でも識別が難しくランニング程度だと顔がわからない
録画開始も遅いので早歩きだとすでに画面の真ん中あたりから録画が始まっている
インテリジェント検出という機能があり動きがあると撮影される機能がありこれが撮影速度が早かったのだが、途中から使えなくなって録画のみになった
クラウド契約をしないと使えなくなったのだがやり方がせこいので買って後悔している
良い評価はほとんどサクラだと思われる
Amazonなどもサクラレビューが多すぎるがこちらは野放し状態なので腹立たしい

Not working
My device become useless as I am not able to connect it using the new version. Previous version has a QR Code scanning feature which worked well.
Works Now - but not last month!
I was originally gonna leave a 1 star review but never got around to it - this is because the app itself did not work AT ALL when signing in using Apple account. When trying to set up with other accounts, the verification process failed - no codes were sent. I was going to return the device this app used, but never got around to it. Now a month later I was about to return but decided to try again. Suddenly it’s working!

Annoying
Started off good, will alert you 100 times over nothing but lucky to get an alert if there is actually anything going on
Needs to be updated.
App is ok, need to add multi cam view and to fix camera firmware so audio is in sync with video. It has at times been as far as 1 1/2 mins behind video footage. As well as please improve mic quality. Other then that the app works the cameras work and can see live view and archive footage nearly all the time I have need

Account system broke the app
The app was recently updated to utilize an account system. The account system does not work and would state "Network connection is abnormal."
Therefore the app and any hardware made by the developers is currently non-operational.

Good, but….
Started out good. App easy to use and interpret. Video ok, but all of a sudden I can’t get it to toggle to full screen/landscape. Anyone know what’s up? Update: Thank you for fixing. Works well again

Update again: Most recent issue still persists. Also now one of my cameras went offline and will not go into back pairing mode. Getting frustrated.
October 2025…update. Cameras are constantly going off-line. I cannot get in them to see live feeds, or to see any recorded info. Please fix this. This is frustrating. What is the point of having security cameras for my home if they don’t work properly
