Very bad experience. Even after 2–3 months of payment, the outstanding amount is not updated properly. Part payment details are also not showing in the app.
After payment, the message says receipt and outstanding amount can be checked immediately in the app, but every month the outstanding balance is not displayed correctly. Other features are okay, but loan tracking needs improvement.

Worst service and not real-time update of the loan account details
Worst service and not real-time update of the loan account details. The remaining loan amount is not updated since last 3 Months. No option for foreclosure in the application. There is no help line number mention in the app or unable to find it in app. For statement we have to wait for 10-15 days. This is the worst experience as customer

I have completed 1 year of loan installment ,I am tryaing to send request for reduce rate of interest what they were already promised me but app showing error continuously
No response in resolution to query
Useless app and service, nobody picks up a call and if picks up no resolution at all,30 days and no resolution to emi reduction issue, made a part payment for emi reduction and in be request went for tenure reduction. Service are like hell

Worst finance company ever …they promise for low interest rate and end up with high interest rate and then keep on increasing…paying almost 25k every month for whole 3years and then i see only 11k goes from principle amount.because sometimes the principle amount is 816 sometimes 203 and sometime 1028 ..its their wish …so wonderful way to lootify people. My biggest regret to take this loan. And my sincere advice never go for this finance company. And specially its your log in id and you have to place a request to view your outstanding and they will only send it once if we ask for second time the request gets cancelled automatically.
