Takes forever to load. Great quality when it works. Switched phones after Alder went to ADT now can’t view remotely and ADT hasn’t been able to help.

When I try to scan the QR code, it crashes consistently. The landscape/portrait is a disaster. Can’t even switch between them.

Very difficult to use, can’t fix issues (ie: no longer getting important notifications!), can’t get help I need.

Katastrofa. Jednou z 5 případů se vám živé kamerové přenosy načtou, jinak se stále hlásí offline. O oznámeních ani nemluvím, ty nefungují skoro vůbec. Vážně hodně bych ocenila nějakou aktualizaci.

The app is semi functional, live feed is disconnecting every 12/20 seconds, option for recording is very limited even if you put sd card in camera and main device, I regret my purchase in this case!

All worked on my old iPhone 11 Pro Max got a iPhone 13 Pro Max and every time I try to connect my dvr to my phone through the app I just get a message come up on the app saying connect close and then my dev crashes and keeps rebooting until I press the trash button on the app and dvr works fine again. Unsure why this is happening but now forced to buy a new cctv system as I can’t seem to fix this problem. No real help on Google search either.
