Missing items
I am missing butter, crisco sticks, and potatoes from my order. I’m wondering if a sack is still in the delivery car?
Buggy app, crappy Help
Think you ordered something? Don’t count on it. Your order will appear, disappear, reappear, send a delivery text, then disappear again, and the help desk number (Instacart) is worthless except to apologize that the app is buggy and blame it on the workers. After already waiting three days, a text now promises delivery tomorrow, but the app is already telling me to kiss my groceries goodbye for another three days. What a disaster.
Find a neighbor you like, and tip them well in cash—you’ll get better service and accountability than with this app. Better yet—order thru DoorDash. I’ve been without groceries for three days due to Instacart, but DoorDash somehow managed to deliver hot food timely and reliably every meal. (And relied on the same runners supposedly to blame for my late groceries.)
