Fix the glitch please, it’s blank when open the app

When I opened the app it was blank. No matter how many times I closed it and re-opened the app it still stayed the same. Screen was frozen or something and just seemed like a scam! I personally would not recommend this app. Really wanted to use this app.

This app is not my favourite at all because it’s so bleary first of all they stretched the hairstyles so their heads look weird and their is barely any hairstyles
