What a great way to make doing real estate easier. I love not having to right contracts until your offer is accepted. Knowing how your offer stacks up also allows Buyers to know what offer they need to make to be the winning offer.

I was able to submit a offer on a property by myself while I was able see highest offer. This is a great feature purchasing a home. If I had a home to sell I feel like this would be a way to get top dollar, but as a buyer it’s very fair and EASY to do.

It’s a great tool if you have listings and want to receive multiple offers and compare all the offers right from your phone and you can actually have an option for your client to review as well.
I also like that you can disclose the Buyers agent commission on the app and not worry about the new MLS rules.
