Terrible app
You’d think that after spending this much money on permanent lights, the app would be reliable. It’s not. At all. Lights won’t turn on alot of the time. You spend your evening trying to figure out what the problem is. Is it my wifi? You unplug the unit and plug it back in, reset your phone. Still no lights! The app is the problem. Might work tomorrow, might not. Disappointing :(

Terrible app
This app is unreliable and difficult to use. Numerous issues with different features, currently unable to choose a preset folder when creating a timer. For the cost of the lights and controller they should invest in a more reliable, user friendly app to go along with their product.
Very Frustrating
Extremely tough to use app unreliable. Don’t waste your money
No previews, no indication of which version of the app you have. Difficult to set up lighting.
The Title says it all. Use the simplest security lighting program, have no idea how to set of other options to work in conjunction with the one program I have set up. No previews option, no clear instruction manual to help a person figure it out. Paid a lot of money for something that I can hardly use.
