I Require Help.

So, I have had these lights since late 2021 and they have worked perfectly with the app and remote. But I prefer to use the app because i have to get out of bed otherwise to use the remote (it’s at a angle behind drawers) so i have been using the app to turn it on and off. But for the past few days, the app hasn’t connected at all. I tried the other app, unplugging and replugging the lights and other stuff. But nothing has worked. Please help.

But they ask for access to your photo library. Do not install.

pictures don’t match

the pictures don’t match at all, i mainly got this for gradient but no it doesn’t work, it’s just like the other app. please help and if it doesn’t work for certain versions of your ligh please fix that

doesn’t work

this app doesn’t work and they know it doesn’t work. how y’all make a bluetooth app that won’t even connect to the product? make it make sense.. it’s pointless

It’s a good app but add Spotify

I don’t use Apple Music and was sad when I found out it didn’t have Spotify where I listen to songs daily it would be so cool to listen to songs I love with lights I love but other than that it’s good and I love the colors!

Please please

Not really the best app, but it can do. Please make the speed on a mode go real slow at 0 percent, it goes fast compared to my other LED’s. Also, the fade. Please make a mods where it fades into the next color without fading into black. Thanks

bad

was offered this app as a solution to a problem homelight plus had, fixed the problem with a solution that was worse than the problem, the solution was to merge my 2 lights, and my roommates 1 light together, with no way of separating them

Things that don’t work

When ever I on into the app it doesn’t always connect to my phone, the sleep timer also does not work. Also my lights used to go a lot lower than this but now they don’t go as low as they used to.

Hello, Sorry for the trouble. The music function can only be used by importing local songs using iTunes. Songs downloaded directly from Apple music won't play.

Don’t waste your time on the app or the lights.

TLDR below.

*The lights fade speed won’t go below “seizure level“.
*Customization settings reset when powered off.
*The lights remain on far too long after tv/ power source has been turned off. Then if you can get the app or remote to function to turn the lights off, it’ll be futile because the light will inevitably turn back on again after a minute or two. I finally had to disconnect the lights from the power source to turn them off.

TLDR: App crashes/ won’t load, remote for the lights is garbage which renders the lights useless.

Sorry, If the light is turned off, it will automatically open, you can view the timing page, whether the timing on the light is turned on.

Can’t connect! 😡

I’m really upset that it didn’t work. I downloaded the app, and tried to connect it. Whenever I did it would say disconnected. Please fix this issue. Thanks 😊

Sorry，if the device can not connect, it is recommended that you plug the device back in to reset the device status. And if the device disconnects automatically, it usually reconnects automatically.

FIX THIS PLEASE??

Ok so its a good app, but I hate it when every time I open the app, it has to connect my lights to the phone, and it takes so long. Can the developers make it so that I can control my lights, but not have to connect them every time I open the app?

Also, when I bought the lights it came with a remote. That remote did not work at all. We’ve tried everything, but it still doesn't work.

Sorry, you can download our another app - "Homeplus Light". Note that the "P" is a capital word. This app will automatically connect to the device and go directly to the control interface after startup. Also, if your remote doesn't work, you can contact customer service.

doesn’t match photos

The app doesn’t match the photos. There’s no way to do a gradient which was one of the main reasons I got these and none of the modes on the app are the same as the ones shown in the photos. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello, The app supports a variety of products, each with different UI and functions. The settings and modes in the picture are mainly applicable to our latest products of the tracing Led strip, which are not available in other products.

The lights are good in general

I got these lights as a Christmas gift and they are working perfectly fine but I lost the remote so I installed this app and I tried connecting to the lights but it won’t work nothing else is connected to Bluetooth yet it still doesn’t work.

i cannot sync my music at all using these led lights.. i do not recommend, most definitely a waste of money..

Oh my gosh

I did not think the music situation could get any worse than the other app but surprisingly it did. There is still no shuffle button and the screen shows less songs at a time. The only upgrade is you can pause the music without entering the app. Please get this fixed to where it will play on any platform as a Bluetooth device just as speakers do. I will most likely not get this brand again I’m sorry to say.

Great but...

I don’t see the change in the app from the last version it’s the same thing with some more vibrant lights. And where’s the metro mode I saw on the app photos
