Each invoice shows a detailed breakdown of utility and maintenance costs across categories like cleaning, elevator, lighting, electricity, water, gas, internet, and administrative fees. Download PDF copies of invoices for your records or preview them before payment. Track payment history with transaction IDs and view when each bill was issued and paid. **Issue Reporting & Tracking** Report building maintenance issues with detailed descriptions and photo attachments. Issues are categorized by type including plumbing, electricity, elevator, security, heating, ventilation, lighting, doors, windows, parking, and more. Set priority levels (Low, Medium, High, Urgent) to indicate urgency. Track the status of your reports (Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed, On Hold) and view both your personal issues and building-wide issues. Add comments to issues to communicate with administrators and other residents. Edit or delete your submitted reports as needed. **Announcements & News** Receive building announcements and updates from your administrator.
