I think that it is too specific and with all your competitors doing the same thing you need to show off your extra parts for free and then when you are the main app you can put it behind a paywall
App Works Great
Felt the need to write a review because it’s currently being review bombed by Homework Pal users. I too was upset that Homework Pal was replaced at first, only because it didn’t give us the option to export data to the new app. However, it’s now a possibility and it’s really easy to do. Developers certainly made a mistake at first, but if you enjoyed using Homework then I encourage you to move to the new app. It offers all the same features for free, and it’s very simple to use.

DISASTER
Homework pal Was so much more simpler I prefer it. Simple offline nice less clutter much nicer interface. I have switched to another app. I had tasks yet to be completed this is awful and a disaster!! The new one doesn’t even have UK college or school education system. It is honestly just awful bring back homework pal

Its complicated
I liked homework pal for it’s simplicity. I wish i could just keep the app. This new app is really complicated and i didn’t ask for my old app to get took away for something i don’t wanna use.
Old app is way better
I used the old app for years. I liked the app because of the ease and simplicity. This new app is over complicated, takes longer inputting schedule data because of all the options, and overall hate the setup. Because the old app is longer usable I have switched to a different app completely.
Terrible to delete info
They delete you entries without warning, I wouldn’t even bother with the new app if this is going to happen again.

Hello! We have added in the option of exporting your data from Homework Pal into Homeroom. Make sure you are on the latest version of Homework Pal and you should see an option to export your data along with some instructions. Goodbye to what used to be my favorite app😭
This app used to be free as homework pal. They killed the app just so that we had to pay a subscription to buy and use this one and added ads. Also, why do we need to make an account for an app that’s just a glorified version of Google calendar???
Another note, there are sooooo many glitches on this app. I had so many issues with the create corse button not working when creating my corse. I want to delete my account ( that they made me create) but it says oops something went wrong every time I press the button.

Bring back Homework Pal
Disappointed that my beloved Homework Pal has been replaced by an expensive, unnecessary paid version. I've been enjoying reliable, free Homework Pal for the past 5 years of college and was beyond disappointed to open the app today to find all my assignments I had planned for this week gone. I'm a student; I can't afford to pay just to organize my homework assignments. I don't need these AI features because I have a functioning brain. I have no beef with this new version for those who can afford it, but please bring back the old Homework Pal for faithful users who rely on it.

change isnt always good
i had the original app (homework pal) for about three years - perfectly simple and easy. and now this new app its become is so confusing with its useless tools, stupid bugs (i understand that its a new app) and messy layout.
additionally, i cannot access anything on the original app (homeworks and tasks that were yet to be handed in) as it just redirects me to this app.
i believe this app has potential but its just annoying.

No warning
I had my homework pal and Yall just deleted all my events with this new app idk when any of my appointments are cause I had it all in there why would you delete it and take away access with no warning and screw you guys for making it have a paid version now I’ve been using this app for years because it was so great and simple and FREE

I’ve been using this to keep track of my progress towards qualifying exams and licensing exams in the upcoming months. I have found the ai produced flashcards and scheduling/organizational components of the app to be very useful.

Using this app has been the greatest thing to ever happen to me. The day I got married, the day my kids were born, and most importantly, the day I downloaded and used this app. What a beautiful fateful day. I am in awe. This app is art.
