About
The HomeRun IQ mobile app is the field half of HomeRun IQ, the platform engineering firms and reserve specialists use to deliver reserve studies, structural integrity reserve studies (SIRS), and property condition assessments to their specifications 5X faster.
Your team signs into the app with their HomeRun IQ accounts and works in the same studies as the office. Walk the property with your phone, capture the assessment on-site, and everything flows directly into your study with nothing to re-enter. By the time you are back at the desk, the report is essentially done: add your report template and it pre-populates from everything you captured in the field.
IN THE FIELD
Create a study on-site or open one the office started. Add components straight from your organization's Component DB so naming stays consistent across every inspector, and record property-wide observations alongside component data for a complete field record.
WORKS FULLY OFFLINE
Basements, mechanical rooms, any dead zone. The app works fully offline and syncs automatically the moment you are back online. Nothing is lost, even if a photo is interrupted mid-capture.
EVERY PHOTO ARRIVES REPORT-READY
Tie photos to a specific component or to the property itself. Each photo carries its title, notes, GPS location, and on-image markup, so it lands in your study labeled, located, and annotated instead of becoming an unsorted camera roll.
MARK UP PHOTOS ON THE SPOT
Circle the crack, flag the rust, point at the failing seal, right on the image in the field. The report shows exactly what you marked.
ONE STUDY, FIELD AND OFFICE
Field and desk work on the same study, updated in real time, so the office can start building the report while you are still on-site. No exports, no imports, no emailing photos to yourself.
The mobile app is included with HomeRun IQ. An account is required; accounts are provisioned by your organization. Learn more at homeruniq.com.
