Worst magazine app ever
Dreadful ‘buggy’ app. Every time there is an update l can’t access my magazine. Try to log in and it doesn’t recognise my subscription number etc etc. Have wasted hours emailing and speaking to customer care, who to be fair, try to be helpful but most of the time they are flummoxed too. I have many newspaper and magazine apps and rarely have any issues. Will never purchase this again. Don’t waste your money is my advice.

Thank you for optimizing the magazine for digital. (Finally!) Frankly I was going to cancel my subscription because it was too hard to look at when the digital version was basically just the print version on a screen. But now it’s so much easier to read and enjoy the photos on my iPad. You kept one reader at least. Kudos.

What happened?
The latest update doesn’t have horizontal viewing? Why???? It’s so important when viewing issues on phone! Pease bring it back!!!!
Also, the download rate is so much slower than before. I love H&A, but the app always seems to have some new issue each time it’s updated. I’ll give 5 stars for a fix!

Recent update is BUGGY! So frustrating!
The most recent update no longer remembers my account nor where I stopped while reading an issue. Every time I open the app I have to restore my purchases with my account via iTunes. Then I have to search where I stopped in which issue the last time I was in the app. This has never been the case in several years of using it.

App mostly doesn’t work properly
Needs a couple of tries to load properly.
Great usability
Very good app, I specifically like the hyperlinks throughout the publications and the ability to bookmark

I look forward to reading it but prefer to get my hard copy from local news Agency only problem is it is about 7 or 8 weeks behind the computer copy. It is a publication I have been getting for many many years and love to read it and always there is a particular item I find which I keep for future ref.

Great journal but app is unstable
Love the journal and the possibility to read on my ipad, e.g. while I am travelling. However, the app keeps crushing or is unable to open frequently.
