Doesn’t refresh and slow!

This app contains to struggle with glitches and not clearing information when trying to bring up new properties. It’s slow and poorly designed.

Pictures load painfully slow

Even on fiber Wi-Fi it takes several seconds for pictures to load. I often have to click out of the listing and then reclick in order to see the photos.

SO Bad

Edina App use to be my go to for property listings. The new app is useless, it won’t list pictures - sometimes won’t even load the text of the listings. Fire your app developer the old one was 1000 times better

Going in the wrong direction

The app has been terrible over the past few months. The pictures never load and it is slow to process. Please revert back to the previous version.

Pictures do not load

Not sure how this is considered a functioning app because pictures of properties don’t load.

Lags too slow

Needs a better software development team. This app is slow and lags so much. The older version was so much better.

Terrible - the “new” app is garbage

I’ve used Edina realty for all my property searches for over a decade. They released a new app about a year ago that was pretty terrible and did an update a few weeks ago that harbored the app essentially useless. Off to Coldwell or Zillow. Fire your app designer

Updated review for new version

Another update. Now you have to have an account to use the app. I will not use Edina Realty, nor suggest any of their realtors to my friends ever again! Ridiculous and unnecessary.

They managed to do the unthinkable--they made a bad app WORSE! Now it is 100% useless. Congratulations to Edina Realty for losing customers by having the crappiest app in the market. If you can't get this right, how can we trust you have the collective brain power to know how to help people buy and sell homes? We now know you do not LISTEN to your customers!

And now the app on the tablet no longer shows the date a home was listed. That is IMPORTANT information for buyers!

Keeps crashing

The newest update note says it’s supposed to be a smoother experience but it keeps crashing for me. Locks up then bye bye.

Ugh!

The old version was great. Whatever they did when they merged with whomever, totally broke the app. Doesn’t work. You sit there and wait and wait and wait for literally anything to happen. It takes anywhere from 1-2 minutes to pull up the house to look at, then you have to wait for each photo to load. Once you’re done viewing it takes another 3-5 minutes for the X to actually close the listing. Might as well skip the app and either use another company or use the computer version not on your phone. Just absurd!

The worst!

Can’t imagine a worst app in any category and yet they do nothing to improve it.

Ben

This new Edina Realty app redesign ruined a good thing. Previous app version had best UI and photo layout. It was fast with no loading times. Edina Realty app used to be the best now almost unusable. Apple App Store rating is not for this version. Avoid.

Used to be good

I used to love this app. The filters were excellent, the ui was streamlines and snappy. Then they had to go ruin it. The redesign is terrible. The ui gets in the way, the icons are dopey, performance is absolutely terrible. You have a major problem if your app is laggy on the latest and greatest iPhones. This app is a shell of its former self.

Crashes

Terrible app that eats resources, crashes constantly, doesn’t remember you were logged in, lags at every viewing step, and is the only way to save a search for an attached garage.

Laggy and poor UI in new version

New version is abysmal. Revert to the former underlying infrastructure as the new MyAtlas is laggy, with taps that don’t register half the time.

I’ve Waited For It To Improve, But I Can’t Anymore

This app is absolutely terrible. Map search results are often missing listings, when I tap to view a saved property, the screen is blacked out and I can’t see anything. The app logs me out every time I close it, even though I select “remember me” on the login page. I have been waiting for this app to improve, and unfortunately it’s just getting worse. I am switching to something else.

Previous version was so much better

Loved the previous version - always worked, saved your login, provided maps, and additional information that’s no longer available in the updated version. Was hoping the user experience would improve with updates, but nope! I’m constantly having to wait, log in again, and get absolutely no where with this app. I used to recommend this app to everyone and am always frustrated now. What are others using?

Updated review for new version

The only thing I am changing are the comments. The rating stays the same.

Edina Realty app

This app is fine for looking at the outside and interior of the house. However, I really miss not being able to see the property map since they “upgraded” to the new app. I really wish they would add this feature back in.

New Update Ruined a Good Thing

I’ve used this app for a long time - I’ve even wished I could use the Edina realty app to search properties outside the Minnesota region due to its design and usability.

This redesign changes that completely. The new app is laggy, harder to navigate and has obscured key features. There used to be a tab at the top with key items including “neighborhood”, which allowed you to interact with a map of the area - that’s now WAY at the bottom, and isn’t interactive unless you open the address as “directions” in an external app like Maps.

Loss of functionality and performance is enough for me to switch back to Zillow - it’s not as good as old Edina Realty, but it’s better than this.
