Great product, but cheap plastic clip breaks.
I found this product to be really great. We could track what our dog was doing throughout the day monitoring how much exercise, sleeping, barking etc. the only issue is the plastic clip they give you to hold the module onto the collar broke, and we lost our module. We had to replace the whole thing just based on a 50 Cent bad clip design.

Doesn’t work and help desk is useless
I was excited when we got this. I put it on my pet as instructed and tried to set it up but the app screen froze so the darned thing won’t set up. I have contacted help multiple times but the response is either “go to the help page” or “we’re too busy.” Don’t waste your money. This is an expensive scam. I will try to return it but don’t have much hope. It’s a shame that the county shelter is sponsoring this poorly run organization. Stay away.
This is an update to my original review. It took a few days before this problem was finally fixed. It was working smoothly until a fateful day when my dog was at the dog sitter. He managed to escape including the tracker coming off in the dog sitter’s hand! The “secure clip” did not hold the tracker on his site developed collar. We were devastated. Not only did our precious dog escape but we also couldn’t track him! After several hours of searching it got dark and was raining and cold. So with heavy hearts we went home. When we got to the front door, lo and behold! There was our dog, shivering, wet, and cold, waiting for us! Thank god our dog is smart.
We ordered another “secure clip” and used the plastic one that came in the original box. It took a couple of weeks before we got the metal secure clip. While we waited, the plastic “secure clip” cracked so we couldn’t use the tracker until the metal one was delivered.
We are finally getting our daily reports but there seems to be a one day delay in the data that is described the the report. Maybe we are just having incredibly bad luck but I hesitate to recommend this. It’s expensive and seems to have a lot of glitches. I was asked by the developer to provide an update. This is probably not what they wanted to hear. This is the honest truth. I have not made any of this up.

Love being able to keep track of my pups while they are on their walks with our walkers, we like it to follow similar routes when walking them on our own! Love the stats and comparisons to other pups similar in age and breed to make sure we are staying healthy!

This app and tracker is great and definitely a gave us piece of mind when our dog had an emergency. On a Saturday afternoon, or dog was bitten by a rattlesnake. As we were driving to the emergency veterinary clinic about 60 miles from our house, we were able to see her heart rate and respiratory rate and knew she was stable. Even better, we were able to generate a report of her heart/respiratory rates and send it to the vet clinic while in route. When we got to the clinic, they had a snapshot of her current status. I'm happy to report that she was able to get the treatment she needed. This tracker and app is a must have for all pet owners!
