What's New in Homeschool Planner

2.0.1

October 29, 2026

• Choose the day a lesson was done: "Done on…" is in every lesson menu, and "Change date…" moves a done lesson to another day. On a day already logged, the lesson joins that day. • Past days in the Planner's Day view now say whether they were logged. A day that was not logged lists the lessons the plan had due that day and offers "Log this day…". • When a course had not started yet on a day, the day says so, and "Change the start" sets the course's first day from there. • Tap the date in the Day view to go to any day. • In the Planner, "Days" is now "Log". • The portfolio PDF prints long subject and course names, day notes, lesson lists and work sample notes in full, and the contents continue on a second page when needed. • Edit a course's lessons: rename, delete, reorder, or join a title that was split over two lines. • Pasted lesson lists come in clean (no page numbers or dot leaders, split titles joined), and you see the titles before the course is saved. "Tidy titles" cleans a course pasted before. • The week shows each lesson's whole title. • The portfolio counts only the lessons done and lists skipped lessons apart. • Email support from Family > Help and about > Email support.

User reviews

Needs 1 more thing

Perfect except it needs a way to log amount of hours spent on each subject because I find myself having to keep a separate paper log of daily hours for each subject

Liked the original, 2.0 jury is still out

Loved how easy the original chalk was to use. 2.0 is a complete mess of chaos at first. I do however, like you can add more than one photo at a time.
