Disappointed
Nothing in relationship to the filters I added. Asked me to down load the app. Then nothing about properties in the locations or price range I asked for.
Too easy to exit listing
Way too easy to close out of the house you were looking at when swiping through the pictures.

Fixed something that wasn’t broke
I really liked this app. It worked well until about 2 or 3 months ago and now it doesn’t work at all. I get into the app and when I find a potential home to look at, I click on the house and it just sets there thinking about it FOREVER and never opens. I thought maybe it was the app needing to be updated but that is not the case. I also would get daily emails from my realtor with new homes on the market and just as this app quit working, I also lost all the listings that were being emailed to me daily. Maybe they don’t like me any longer 🤷♀️

Unable to Use
This app is so glitchy. It’s a waste of time and very frustrating. One minute I am able to log in, the next minute it says I don’t have an account. It is not very user friendly.
To slow and stops working for some reason
I went on to view houses it keeps saying no internet connection but I have connection, then all of my favorites I liked are gone and I know I had some there and it’s not acting right keeps kicking me out of my log in and I kno I put it in right because I write down all my passwords I’m starting to hate this app tbh.

No push notifications
I like the app but it doesn’t have push notifications on it so you wouldn’t know know right away if there is new properties listed unless you open the app itself. Instead they send an email that always go to spam so you still don’t even see it
Poor quality app
This is the best they have in 2023? A website would be a ton better, and there doesn’t seem to be one.
Can’t change the password (the one provided is better than a random one provided for you bank account). Can’t hide properties or areas you are not interested in. The change password screen puts a phone keyboard over the SAVE button, and you can’t remove the keyboard. Great thought put into the design! TINY screen and only scrolls up or down. Definitely made for a phone, not a tablet or desktop. Just poor.
Performed a search for newest listing, and it show three week old property first. I can search Zillow and do better!

Fraud
Don’t answer any of the questions. They are just fishing for information. The app won’t let you in without an agent’s approval. And all you wanted to do is checkout the market.
Password Reset
Overall, the app is a great way to look for homes. Unfortunately, it doesn’t allow for a simple way to reset your password. I don’t even remember setting one up, but ever since I signed out, I can’t sign back in. There’s no option to reset password or to even create a new account

Would really like being able to hide properties I’m not interested in so they don’t clutter the map/list of houses.
Website is better
App keeps saying no properties as I search bc it keeps applying a “map bounds” filter. When I clear that filter, it deletes all properties from the map. Use their website if you have to.
App works well
App works well but a lack of information like HOA info. I have to ask my agent all the time.
Can’t open to look at homes
When I click on a home, it just states loading but never opens.
Great home search tool
I have used this for a couple of weeks when looking for a new home. This app is easy to use and very convenient to get all of the property details.

This app as all other real estate apps requires you to give them your personal information like a picture of your driver license for proof of who you are. WHY?????? This can be used for identification theft Others require you to contact local real estate people before using their app. We are here because we don’t want to talk to people or allow them information about us. Does anyone have an app that allows individuals to research property without being hassled

Unusable, No option to sign in to existing account.
The app starts off asking you to create an account, (I have one already created via the web site) if I try and create an account in the app it says it already exists. There is no way to log in to an existing account making this app unusable completely. Others have noted the same and it is still not fixed and the app support link seems to take you to another app that you have to have an account for. No end user support, no recourse. I recommend using the web site instead as this app is nit ready for release to the public yet.
