Doesn't Deliver What It Claims
I downloaded it because and only because it was positioned as a lead generation app. Supposedly they do run ads, but they're both directed at anybody looking to buy or sell. They're directed toward home owners wanting to monitor their energy bill. That sounds like a homeowner that does NOT want to move to me.
This app DOES post decent social media content that's better than usual for sure. They should just stick to promising what they actually provide, and that's it. I've also had this app for ten days and it has generated one lead and that was myself testing it out. If you want access to easily available content for social media for a few hundred bucks, that is what you will get, but I would be highly surprised if you get a single client directly from it, and I think that $225 for such a basic functioning app is pretty ridiculous honestly. Deleted it after a couple weeks.

Got robbed
I cancelled my “free trial” 3 days before it ended and still got charged the $295.
Now NOBODY responds to any of my inquires to try ro get a refund.

Victor- thank you for your feedback. It’s possible you have us confused with another company since there is a record of our conversations. On July 6th, 2018 we responded to your emails informing you that you made an in-app purchase through Apple. We also informed you that because you made an in app purchase you would need to manage your subscription through the App Store, we included instructions on how to cancel through Apple. You emailed again July 7th, 2018 and we responded on July 7th, 2018 informing you that your purchase was an in-app registration and we sent you instructions on how to cancel and receive a refund. It’s clear that you received our emails and followed the provided instructions because your account was canceled on July 8th, 2018 through Apple. Apple has an excellent refund system and refund requests are as a rule promptly fulfilled. Our customer service team takes pride in our ability to provide excellent and timely customer service and would be happy to provide any further assistance required.

The leads are awesome because this HomeSelfe report includes great info like how to lower bills, getting rebates from our utility providers and other info. Some folks are focused on the quantity of leads but for me it’s all about the quality. These leads are QUALITY.
The content and the reports are really insightful. I’m thankful for how easy everything is!
