Poorly implemented app - needs fixes
I like their pizza, but was surprised that many of the form fields in this app were not formatted correctly (e.g. address fields, credit card fields, password field). As a user this made it more cumbersome to complete these fields and I couldn’t rely on my phone to generate a strong password. Further, I was very disappointed that there is no Apple Pay support and that I am required to save credit card information on the app. I have some serious concerns about the security of this payment info. This app feels like a real amateur effort and possibly a liability for this restaurant (which has good pizza!).

Royalty isn’t applied
I tried to use the $10 sign up bonus and there isn’t an option on the app. I called and they said there’s nothing they can do. I feel lied to.
Great pizza horrible app
Got a text promising $10 off.... didn’t work. Had my cart deleted many times. Couldn’t add a credit card. In sum, took 35 minutes to order and could never use the $10 off offer. Please get rid of the app HomeSlyce and go back to toast tab. Love your pizza but this app is awful.

I downloaded the app per a text that told me about a $10 bonus for the first time I used the app. I have been struggling to apply the deal for ten minutes now after making a complicated order. I feel like I wasted my time :( Kinks are clearly not worked out
