Restore your scenes. HomeKit can quietly drop devices out of scenes. Open any snapshot from before it happened, tap Restore, check the actions you want back, and HomeSnap puts them into your scenes. Off until you turn on Allow Restore in Settings; HomeSnap still never controls a device or runs a scene.
