Fell in love with this game and then the glitches came in. I couldn’t access my rewards and it wouldn’t let my close that part out unless I closed the whole game. ☹️

Homesteads
The game is fun and affordable. I do believe though that when your barn is getting full you should be able to through planting new crops decrease the full and not have to continue upgrading. It also freezes at times when going for rewards or ads and goes back to the app icon and have to start again.

Cheats…Trade Pasd
I have now lost money 3 times on activating the Trade Pass..the purchase goes through ..you get the 1st prize then it drops back like it was never activated..FIX THIS ISSUE because you also have never reimbursed me although I emailed you..

Game play
There is to many glitches in the game. Even in events the game doesn’t give you the right count so there is no way to compete. If all the glitches could be fixed the game would be fun. Apparently the owners of this game need new people for the technical side to straighten it out.

I started playing this game about 2 months ago and really was enjoying it. Then all of a sudden it started kicking me off the game. It would just open then it was gone. Could not do anything, I got so flustrated. This game was great to play. I sure hope this update fix’s these problems. This is the first time I could get on to let you know about the problems. When you get the problems solved I will be happy to change my ratings and tell my friends about your game. At this time NOT a happy gamer.

Super glitchy
This game is super glitchy. I have paid for 3 separate mini games that have just froze or did not count product I collected. I did enjoy playing but the glitches are just too much.
Has potential but needs lots of fixes
Recently downloaded this game for my iPad. I like the idea of the game but the game keeps freezing after a few minutes of play. Have to fully exit and force close the game to get back to playing. Also it doesn’t track your “helps” to your friends. I helped 2 friends fill their carts but my help status is at zero. I won’t put any real money into this game nor increase the star rating until these and other issues are fixed. It also appears that customer service is non existent. I have been playing “Township” for years and it’s definitely a better game with an actual customer service team. If I were you, I’d wait to see if the developers actually care and respond to the few active players that are dealing with the constant issues.

Where are the FAQ?
Having difficulties producing jewelry. Can finally make the ring that no one seems to want but can’t figure out the earrings. There are no instructions and frankly, I’m stuck. Can’t you provide some sort of help with these things? Other than that, I’m enjoying the game.

There are always 2 or more buttons that don’t function for Apple users. This company has zero customer service. They never reply to emails and I’ve tried multiple ways of contact. The amount of storage in the barn is a constant money grab. Enixan is an awful company.

Today is 3/8/26 western pass has started and I cannot -open mine to get on. This is very annoying when the game has glitches. Then there is no one to contact for help to fix the problem.. put a contact number on here so we can get help to fix a problem.
Great game but recently glitchy
Please fix the recent glitches with the latest update. Great game, very enjoyable and nostalgic of my days in FarmVille on Facebook. However is seems lately many of the events are glitchy. Currently the Western pass is glitched out, this morning the alliance competition Cowboy Race would not recognize any of my item collects. Both of these events are time bound and have rewards, and it appears to not be affecting everyone as other alliances are still gaining points. I left this game for over a year because of this and came back about a week ago. While not as bad as when I left it is disheartening to see these glitches still so prevalent. I typically like to buy the western pass booster because I do not mind supporting a game I enjoy however I don’t feel comfortable just throwing away cash and not getting what I pay for. These issues need to be addressed both from a play quality standpoint and a consumer satisfaction lens. Once these are fixed every player needs to be compensated with a free western pass booster for the next event to compensate those who paid for something they can’t make use of. Otherwise highly enjoyable and worth 4-5 stars if the fix these recent issues.
