Can’t even open the app…..

I have downloaded the app and have attempted to open it. Unfortunately it stays at 0% downloading to open it. I have deleted and reinstalled and it still will not open. It looks like it’s a game I would enjoy if only I could get it to open. So if there are any suggestions I would happily listen and try so that I can give a better review. Thanks. I clicked app support but it wants me to download an entirely different app and I’m not going to go through all of that.

Second time it started me over

I can’t connect with the app support so I’m hoping to do so here. This is the second time I’ve updated the game and lost all of my progress. I like the game, but when you get to the end it takes forever to meet the challenges. So, when it restarts you it really stinks.
