Not worth the zeros and ones used to create

This app serves no purpose whatsoever. Second worst rewards app after the one for Winners.

Thank you for leaving your review! Please note the Air Miles can take up to 60 days to post to collectors accounts and for bonus miles can take up to 120 days. If you made your first fill-up of 35L or more within 30 days of registering your miles will be posted within 120 days at the latest. App doesn’t work

I linked my air miles account so long ago and I don’t get any benefits from it. Like 2x the airmiles. Waste of space.

Not worth the effort

Don’t bother with Irving as usual they don’t like to pay I was told it takes up to 120 days to get your air miles and they cap there amount so the 10x amount is a joke other retailers there is no limit like shell there is no real rewards here and the app seems like it was developed by a person with no it training it’s really bad must be the same people that made the one for Kent’s

Thank you for your feedback! Miles in general can sometimes take up to 120 days across the program, but Irving related Miles are usually issued sooner than this. You’re right, there is a maximum on the 10x weekends (40 Reward Miles) but this means you can get rewarded on every fuel purchase up to 99 L.

No luck with app any longer

I’ve been using this apps for over a year and all of a sudden it won’t load. It blames my wifi and data being low speed.

The app has a great concept but is behind in time

There is no actual localized rewards here. Beyond air miles we would much rather Irving points and promotions and offers. Other than having promotions on here for signing up and using the app there is really no point in using the app. It is just a waste of space on your phone

All the winners are always locals, this year and last year. You didn’t welcome immigrants to participate in the game, did you?

App no longer working

App was functioning find until about 3 weeks ago. I was logged out and when I hit log in nothing happens. I can’t log in with existing profile. I can’t create new profile as says it states my data is not valid. Online sign in auto redirects to App. I can no longer access any if my data, including my rewards! What do you suggest?

Happy for any savings, but a helpful addition…

With all of humanity being gouged at the pumps, any small savings is good. The app would be even more helpful if our air miles card could be represented in the app via a barcode for scanning at the register, and even better - a way to scan at the pumps

Never worked

Downloaded it because I'm at Irving every week to fill up my truck. Never received the confirmation email so I can't use it. Tried multiple times to get a reset password email or anything but nothing showed up. Checked my spam folder every time too. Absolutely useless.

Absolutely horrible app

Rewards are not very good. Once you have a reward you have to activate it and a 5 minute countdown starts. If you’re not at the cash in time, you lose the reward. Can’t get your reward automatically at the pump. Typical lousy Irving program.

Username and password

I received an email from this app to link my airmiles card. When I try to log in with my email and password it says it doesn’t exist. This is after they also sent me a $10 off gas offer for signing up. If I say I don’t remember my password they say they have sent me a link by email. I have done this at least 6 times and have not received the link via the same email they sent me the original email. Why not just sms a passcode to access my app. Not worth the effort son8 will stay with Journie. Thanks for nothing.
