Wonderful app but…
I feel like it could use a major update to the software development bug fixes and improvements for in app use still can’t get sound to perpetuate from the app or the software from my tv. Would like some input on what I can do or where to go from here. I really enjoy the app not going anywhere I would like it to work better!

Push notification
Had the app for a few years, no new updates for 3 years now. Now can no longer receive push notifications on my phone! App needs work!!
Works when it wants to
Had this for years and now all of a sudden it kicks me out tells me my information is wrong. No matter how many times I change everything! Probably time to call it and get something new.

Forgotten password
There is no easy way to retrieve your password. When I needed to access the questions you need to help you retrieve your password, they are only halfway on the screen. You can’t read the entire question to give an answer!

Needs bug fixes!!!
Keeps crashing. Buffering for extended periods when it does work OR says cameras are not connected when they are. Very unpredictable and almost useless.
No safe way to contact company about problem
Have 2 locations of cameras which have worked fine the last 4 years…until now…now we can not connect on multiple apple devices and when you try to send a message to the company a pop up warning states my log in info will be sent with the message???wth???? Why??? Time to find a better company and one that is in the US!!!!

Not consistent…
Sad the app doesn’t work a majority of the time. It’s hit and miss although more a miss. Spend a lot of time buffering or just not load images, needs to be reworked or given a major upgrade!

They need to update the app so I can see my cameras on my iPhone.

When are you going to update this app? I am unable to use this app due to the most recent iOS update, which means I can’t remote view my security cameras. I wish I would have known this before purchasing and installing!
No iOS 15 support
Emailed several times to support and never heard anything back. App does not work with iOS 15 and effectively makes my NVR useless.

Love this camera no monthly fee to pay I get alerted when someone comes onto my property what more could you want oh wait it also records any event. The picture is HD it’s great.
