It’s dated and lacks of features.
Not work
Just today buy new princess to clean home, but Hoover not connect with app. Try all day, but still not work. I am already not the first who have the same situation:(

Die ersten 2-3 Wochen ging alles super mit der App etc. aber seit langen geht nix mehr per wlan. An/ Ausstellen usw muss ich per Hand machen leider. Bin sehr enttäuscht.

Won’t connect
I’ve been trying to connect my robot vacuum to the app for over two weeks but keep getting different error messages. I’ve emailed the app developer but they haven’t replied. It’s incredibly frustrating when the app is the only way of using several features on the vacuum 👎🏼
We need these features! Plus tips for new users
For those having issues setting up your vacuum, Make sure your Wifi name is not very long. I had Error 400 come up when connecting it to the work and the name was the problem.
DEVELOPERS:
I want to be able to make presets. I should be able to make a routine with power levels and navigation methods (e.g edge, double, etc...) at certain times of the day.
I want to be able to control my robot with the vacuum on, for when the robot misses a spot.
Any chance we could see room mapping?

Generell gut aber..
... oft Verbindungssbbruch zu den Servern.
Geht im Prinzip gar nicht bei so einem Produkt.
Nehmt Geld dafür aber macht den Support richtig!

Funktioniert sehr gut
Das einrichten ist im ersten Moment etwas holprig, aber mit etwas Geduld läuft dann alles perfekt.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: Amazon Alexa erkennt den Staubsauger nur als „Schalter“. Das funktioniert zwar einwandfrei, jedoch weiß ich nicht was es noch für Features geben könnte, wenn das Gerät auch als Staubsauger erkannt wird.

Schlecht
Finde es traurig das man in der heutigen Zeit unbedingt eine 2,4GHz Verbindung braucht, weil 5GHz nicht unterstützt wird. Nur um den Staubsauger mit einer App los zu schicken.
Leider nicht nutzbar trotz 2,4gHz Netz!
Bin leider enttäuscht. Habe den Roboter einmal eingerichtet und da konnte ich den Roboter per app bedienen. Danach funktionierte es von jetzt auf gleich nicht mehr! Wenn ich wieder koppeln will bekomme ich keine Verbindung mehr zum Server. Bitte fixen!

Es kommen andauernd nur Fehlermeldungen und es funktioniert nicht den Sauger mit der App zu koppeln. Es besteht eine 2,4 GHz Verbindung, aber es klappt trotzdem nicht.
Keine Verbindung
Sehr schlechte Verbindung. Hab mich gefreut endlich den Staubsauger per App loszuschicken, aber erfolglos, immer wieder keine Verbindung. Schade und sehr enttäuschend.
Funktioniert nicht
Leider funktionierte zuerstmal das Anmelden nicht. Ich habe die App dann deinstalliert und erneut runtergeladen, dann klappte zwar das anmelden, allerdings das darauf folgende Einrichten nicht. Irgendwann tat sich einfach gar nichts mehr. Sehr schade!

Worked less than a week
First week was everything fine, then I've got an email says their server has crashed and since I'm unable to connect with my cleaner. Always shown an unexpected problem when I try to connect. Terrible app I can only control my cleaner manually.
Worst app ever
Managed to connect to the robot but every time i come back home the robot never connects and i had to delete the robot and then add it again and next day happens everything again . Have to return it great robot but with this app is useless
Does the job, but...
The app works, scheduling etc all work great. Setup was easy enough through the additional connection options.
The only issue is that sometimes the commands don’t actually register on the machine.
For example I started the vacuum from the app, but then wished to change the setting to ‘max’ - the vacuum would simply beep every time and stay on ‘normal’.
With a little bit more work it could be perfect.
Would be great to see room mapping etc as possible features in the future.

Not connecting
Was working fine, now not connecting making vacuum useless
Power Setting
As previous reviewer: Power setting in programme defaults to ‘normal’ and the only way to change this is by manually switching to quiet/max whilst cleaner is operating. This is clearly frustrating as 1. The cleaner is most effective on max setting and 2. The cleaner is therefore, not fully programmable to personal preference. Surely this can be rectified?!
