Have had the product and the app for what seems like ever trying to get it sorted out. Btw I have a technical background from a past life and very disappointed. I’m having to strap lots of different apps to protect my home while away. €99 waste of money without support??? Pushed to give it 2 but at least I have a good looking box to add to the collection of over promised tech that doesn’t do as it says on the box.

Versatile and Reliable
I have been using the HomeWizard app along with my base station for at least 2 years now. Other than having to replace batteries in some matching transmitters, this has never missed a beat. These guys are way ahead of the competition. Others are just starting.
Don't upgrade!
I was happily using this app for a few weeks until it automatically upgraded to this version. It never worked since! I tried to contact app support. They are ignoring requests for help. No replies from homewizard team. I had automatic lights and other receivers programmed for testing which were going off in the middle of the night. Luckily I was able to de-activate them via web app. So I am stuck with the system I spent around £300 which I am not able to operate and no help from homewizard!

Needs fixing
Graph does not display on ipad2 running 6.1.2. Would be nice to have a notification option in "schedule/add new schedule/code/then" and also more actions like turn on/off a device as well as being able to change the profile with a code.
Good Product
I bought two in November. One for home and one for my parents. We both think the product itself is good and the app is easy to use. After service is shocking though and any contact I've tried to make since purchase has been ignored. Can't find out how to operate the HomeEasy Heating Control from the app which I was promised pre-sale would be easy.

Time Zone support
Great App, but it would be great if it had local Time Zone support (it is hard adjusting Sydney, Australia time when it is hard wired to the Netherlands).

Just been using this while away in Europe, links all home automation products together-cant wait to get my hands on the UK model!
