The reason my grades went up
I had a really bad quarter because i couldn’t keep track of assignments but I downloaded this and it is a game changer. Everyone needs this
Not a free app
If you don’t pay for the subscription, you can only add about 10 tasks total until it blocks you from adding anymore. Unless you want to pay for it, just download a different app.
Wish there was A/B day options for class scheduling
The app is really great other than the lack of A/B day options, though it doesn’t affect me an amazing amount. Great otherwise for organization and reminders
Needs some improvements
This app has good basic functions. The colors that show up on the banners are very muted compared to the color chosen. It also needs recurring reminders that set for all tasks so you don’t have to do them individually.
Very useful but widget option is not synching to app
I love using this app, I took a break in college back in November and decided to start using it as a daily to do list instead. I loved the widget feature of this app as it really helped me stay on track with it being on my home screen. However after setting up my new list, I go to add the widget to my home screen and it is not synching to the app at all. It won’t show any of my tasks.

Great app by people who care
I downloaded this app for my upcoming semester at my university and I was very pleasantly surprised by how simple but powerful this planner app is. It seems that today software designers have completely abandonded simplicity and intuitiveness for bloated and complex programs, but not the Recitation team.
When I was setting up the app I discovered a bug that deleted some of the information I put in, so I sent them an email to let them know about it so it could hopefully be fixed. Troy responded very quickly and told me he'd get on it as soon as he could. As a thanks for reporting the bug I was given lifetime access for free! I'm very grateful for the attentiveness and professionalism.
Support these people and pay for the full access, I promise it's worth it!

What happened to all my stuff?
Really cute app with a lot of functionality. However, a couple days ago I activated the free trial and spent about 2 HOURS going through every single one of my classes recording every single assignment, exam, essay, and project in my classes to the app. It took a really long time and it was so organized and cute and I was proud of it. 2 days later, I reopen the app and EVERYTHING IS GONE. It says I have no tasks, no classes, no professors. Everything I had in the app disappeared. I wasted my time. It was a waste of time. Really disappointed that my stuff has disappeared.

Not worth it
The timer and study setting is cool to have but i woke up one morning and ALL of my tasks are gone. Plus you can only add a limited amount of tasks before needing to buy premium.
MUST HAVE app for homework
This app is exactly what I needed to keep track of all my homework assignments. As a serious student, this has all the features you need to stay on top of your academics. From the custom reminders to the pomodoro timer, this is a must have for anyone who wants to stay organized.
Too limited
The app is good, if you have the premium option, but since i didnt buy it I was very limited to what I can do. I can only add 10 tasks, 4 classes, and only a few other things.

Best homework planning app on the market
As a busy college student juggling multiple classes and assignments, finding an effective homework planning app has been an absolute game changer for me. Recitation is the perfect app. It has a clean, intuitive, and customizable user interface and is incredibly quick and easy to use. I love the multiple assignment views, and the addition of the pomodoro timer has been awesome. This app truly has everything. I’ve tried other homework apps and planners in the past, and nothing holds a candle to this. I cannot recommend Recitation enough!
