Frustrated

Very slow and glitchy now. Played all the time and really enjoyed it. Now I can’t even stand to play. It pauses, it freezes, hints even pause. I contacted support and sent them all kinds of info they asked for. Now I’ve heard nothing in a long time. Support is a joke. WORTHLESS!
