I ordered food on the app today as a regular customer and food came wrong. Tried to call up sat on hold for 5 mins then had phone put down on me.

Ordered chicken with rice got chips got told no rice also cold
Fat chance anyone answers phone for customer service
No one answers phone can’t get through to edit order or anything useless
