Homii is the resident app for private communities and residential buildings. Designed for invited residents, it brings day-to-day community tasks into one simple place. Create and share QR access codes for visitors, services, friends, and family. Keep track of active and inactive codes so you stay in control of who can enter your community. View your unit balance, review payment history, and submit transfer or deposit receipts for administrator approval. When a receipt needs correction, Homii helps you follow up from the app. Reserve amenities, browse available spaces, and manage bookings for your residence. Stay connected with community events, announcements, and notifications from your administration team. Use the neighbor marketplace to list items, discover what residents are selling or giving away, and keep useful things within the community. Need help? Report maintenance or common-area issues with details and photos. You can also send feedback, suggestions, and bug reports directly from the app. For urgent situations, Homii includes an emergency page with community alerts and key emergency contacts, helping residents respond quickly when it matters. Homii is available only for participating residences. Access may require an invitation code or approval from your community administrator.
