Excellent Bible Study Tool

As a new BSF leader, this app has been extremely helpful and has made doing Homiletics fun! This app has made all the difference in me studying God’s Word and breaking it down so it’s better understood!

I appreciate it.

I use it and like it. Now scripture is on the left side, making it split the screen down the middle vertically. I preferred it horizontally because I could see both the questions and scripture clearly. I wish there was an option to choose to put it back.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you like it!

Excellent for BSF…and in general for Bible study.

I am a Teaching Leader in BSF and love this app. I have recommended it to all my leaders. The iPad version is awesome. I haven’t much used the phone version but a friend of mine loves it.

While excellent, I can think of two ways to improve it.
1. Offer more translations…particularly adding NIV, NKJV, NLT would be helpful. (NIV would be most helpful)
2. Offer fields for Principles and applications for each division. I have overcome this by just adding more divisions and using P1 or P2 ..and etc as titles to delineate that they are principles for those divisions.

Thanks so much for making this!

It seems close to BSF method but does not have “Subject Sentence” line. Also not having the NIV Bible version is a disappointment.

Response from developer

As per updated BSF official homiletics guidelines, "Subject Sentence" has been replaced with "Summary Sentence", which you will find on the app. Regarding the NIV bible translation, that is copyrighted, and I do not have rights to use that. You are, however, free to switch to some of the non-copyrighted bibles in the preferences modal, such as the KJV and the ASV. Additionally, you can use your paper NIV or a different bible app in split view.

Great App

This is great! I love the split screen layout, it is awesome. Thank you!
