Painful
Can be slow, too many pop ups, theory is there but in practice it falls short of expectations and has the potential to add an extra bit of frustration to life you don’t get when you twist the dial and press the buttons yourself.
It likes to start cycles you did not select. Example - trying to set a hand wash program, it starts coloured bed linen, after three failed attempts I got my partner to try to set it using his device to see if it was a me issue and it did exactly the same to him. (Yes, our apps and devices are fully updated).

App crashes
App crashes and when I go back on the app there is no cycle going , I then have to turn off the machine and back on to link it back up. Also I want to be able to put clothes on dry and select my time. This is blank every time I go to it so I’m stuck doing a 2 hour dry

App is great, There is some very good functions and controls however, every time I press edit details on my Air conditioner the app closes and crashes

1. Every time I launch the app or go to the home page, I have to confirm the eco schedule for the appliance for it to appear as a delay choice when choosing a program. Sometimes it takes several attempts.
2. Now that open door is a choice switch, it does not work. The door does not open at the end of the cycle despite being selected.
These two features are why I purchased this dishwasher and now they no longer work. Please fix these bugs as soon as possible.
My dishwasher no longer functions as advertised and if they are not fixed then I will be pursuing a full refund.

Timings on the programmes are not correct
As others have said, trying to schedule washes is impossible when the times of the programmes are not correct. For example, anti-odour sportswear is much longer than 40mins. And although I have not used it, I’m assuming that the allergy care pro is longer than 3 minutes. It’s been like this for a while, but the time displayed before I actually started the wash used to be accurate so I could at least time the wash to start at a certain time, but now most of the washes I use via the app are not accurate timings at all.

Not Great
Sometimes it works great but often not. Being able to set different cycles from your phone is great when it works, I find only certain cycles tend to work. It can be very temperamental. If the clunkiness and glitches can be worked out it would be a 5star app.

Barcode scanning does not work
Bought a Haier Fridge Freezer that came with the app. Easy enough to set up, but only tells you the temperature the fridge / freezer is set to, not the actual temperature it is at.
Very few functions and the one that seemed useful, adding items to the fridge / freezer via barcode scanning simply doesn’t work. Tried a multitude of items, it hasn’t found a single one

Crashes for Air con details
As others have said, this app looks promising but the app crashes EVERY time I try to edit the Air conditioner details so I can’t use the app for this.
Very frustrating.

The GOAT of washing
How have I lived without this app. Great machine and easy convenient app. Just get it. You won’t be disappointed!
Good but too slow.
The app has many functions. Useful but when navigating the difrent cycles on a washing machine it’s very laggy.

Found the device & added in the app fine , but same as another review. when you control it via the app, if you click on any setting to change it etc it just closes the app !

Leider nach einige Jahren totale Enttäuschung
Edit: Auch nach langem hin und her, kompletten zurücksetzen der App und des Luftfilters lässt sich das Pollenprofil als Funktion nicht mehr nutzen! Zudem kann ich jetzt in der App die Benachrichtigungen für Werbung nicht mehr anwählen. Geht mir tierisch auf die Nerven, beim nächsten Mal wohl doch eher einer von Ikea oder ähnliche.
Nutze den Luftfilter und die App jetzt seit etwa 2 Jahren und bin mit dem Filter super zufrieden! Er macht was er soll, reagiert schnell auf Veränderungen in der Umwelt (Lüften Kochen usw.) und gibt klar zu verstehen wenn er Wartung benötigt.
Die App allerdings ist nur okay. Sie läuft nicht flüssig und immer mal wieder sind plötzlich Funktionen nicht verfügbar (jetzt erst das pollenprofil). Es ist ermüdend da immer zu schauen wann diese Funktionen wieder funktionieren.

Amazing work and Great improvements
I bought a Haier Wi-Fi washer-dryer a week ago, and it’s been a game changer. Being able to start a wash remotely, get notified when it’s finished, and fit laundry around the kids and my schedule has made life so much easier. Already looking forward to adding a smart dishwasher next!
Good app
Have been using for a while and it’s good. Generally lots of little bugs but main functionality works. Delay start is completely buggy with the time estimates for start and end. Seems to be time zone related or something. Once scheduled the correct estimates are shown. And the keep fresh feature is great but I can never find it properly. You click on the push notification that says would you like to keep fresh and half the time it works and shows you where to start it, others it just takes you to the main page. Still love the app I just wish all these small features and bugs would be sorted. Do the devs actually use the app? You would find these out in like 5 seconds.
