Don’t use honc service
Looks like they got good website developers to make it attractive however their service is utterly bad.
I had a disastrous experience with HONC. I started facing the issue with their cleaners who dont regularly clean the car and had to call numerous times to customer care but never got good service.
Their cleaners lie on the face and they don’t clean car daily. Absolute waste of money.
When i finally decided to move out there is no way to get the money from their wallet to my account. Its been 3 months and i have not got my refund and going through other google reviews i understood i am not the only one.
Seems to be a customer centric LESS company who want to defraud money of their customers.

Scam
Honc auto debited my account for 6 months subscription. They provided service for nearly 3 months. After that, they cancelled subscriptions in the entire community saying that they have very less demand. They added remaining balance as credits in my honc account.
There is no way to directly redeem those credits into bank account. When i emailed their customer support team, they asked me account details and told me that amount will be credited in 10-15 days. Even after 25 days, amount hasn’t been credited yet. They are not responding to emails. I believe they are intentionally doing this scam and cheating customers. Be careful.

Absolutely Pathetic and Unreliable Service
This has been the worst experience ever! They failed to clean the car daily as promised, and the so-called “free weekly interior cleaning” never even happened once. All they do is make false promises, and now, out of nowhere, they’ve cancelled the service without any refund.
It’s beyond frustrating dealing with such an unprofessional service. Stay away from this cleaning service if you don’t want to be cheated!

Cancelled by the Honc team and no refund or solution provided by the team
The team cancelled my subscription on Dec 2nd as the partner was not available (because he was not paid salary for the past 2 months). And I raised tickets requesting for a refund, requesting for a call back, as to request for the refund and a way to withdraw money from Honc’s pocket/wallet to my account, as I have no use for the money lying in the honc wallet when they don’t provide a service.
It’s been a week and the tickets are open and no response from the team.

Worst cleaning service
Dont know why companies create apps when they cant provide basic seevice properly. Had to unsubscribe mid way within a month of subscription as a new user. Cleaning staff is so rude when asked about why the car was not cleaned for 5 straight days. He blamed that Honc did not release his salary. When checked with Honc directly thru customer care, the story is different saying that cleaning staff is lying. Now waiting for refund to reflect in my bank account for more than a month. Stay away from this pathetic service.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the cleaning services provided under my one-year subscription. Despite committing to regular services, the team has been consistently irregular, often failing to adhere to the scheduled timelines.
This lack of reliability not only disrupts my routine but also diminishes the trust I initially placed in honc’s service. Multiple follow-ups have been required to ensure service, which is both frustrating and time-consuming. I expected a professional and seamless experience, as promised during subscription, but unfortunately, the inconsistency has left me dissatisfied.

Bad services
They deduct money and enabled auto pay, but services are pathetic, they get some more some to clean and they don’t have a track weather service partner will come or not , very much in consistent and not effective on providing services for. Shchi they deduct the amount in advance . If service not provide we can t call any one, they ask to raise ticket either they keep on hold or auto close the ticket , no one bothers to even call me ask the issue . Everyday passes their services are Turing to be bad , but timely money dedication is on time.

The car is not even cleaned they say it is cleaned —- when u report they do not even do anything —- what I find very it is cheating is — they do not even respond back — never recommend it anyone —- another glaring thing which I noticed is they refund the money the money on the yearly package which is less but had paid to them on monthly charges which is high amount — my thinking is they should refund according to the monthly payment which they got

Beware!!! SCAM Alert!! Bunch of scammers
These guys took advance payment and then one fine day suddenly stopped the service. They charge 500 per month but after stopping services after 3-4 months did return something a meagre 110, that too as their app credit, as if that’s the currency we now operate on. Happened to almost everyone in our society is facing the issue and the losses depends on your luck when you started/renewed their services.

Beware of this scam company
This company is just pathetic. They will call you again and again for the service activations and will run away with your miney once the plan is charged. There is just no chstomer care number where customers can reach out and they really dont care about anyone. No information regarding the service delay, or if the person is on leave. They have no control on their staff. Just beware

Worst service, it gives you nightmares!
Worst app, there is no option to contact customer care. The call options redirects to the cleaning agent and he never answers my calls. The bookings are just for the name sake, no one attempted internal car cleaning. I’ve paid for 1 year subscription and now there’s no option to cancel or refund. This a terrible customer experience. These are fraudsters running a business. Stay away!!!

Worst services
Honc is the worst service I have ever seen. I loaded money to the honc wallet and asked for a service. No one visited for the service but service entry is completed in the application. Asked for refund after calling so many times, still no refund processed. There is no responsible person in this company no team responsible for anything. Looting people’s money. I have left few balance in my honc wallet asked to refund that too. Nothing happened till now, as it is 6 or 7 months now. I will be going to consumer court for this. I don’t like them luring other people.

Made life easier
It’s now easy to schedule cleaning easier and no need to be confused whether cleaning was done as I get daily update, once cleaning is done. I think it’s good for the partners also as they get work through app directly rather than middlemen
Must try for car cleaning.
Fully satisfied with the service. Using 1.5 months. What can you expect 1. Clean car 2. Gorgeous interiors. One of the best I got so far 3. Very humber cleaners. 4. Amazing service. No drama like local cleaners. I have no experience with their other service. Only daily car cleaning facility. Go ahead and try. I am sure you will like.

Need better services
Daily Car cleaning was not good, despite multiple tickets there is no change and no response from the support team and finally I need to terminate the service and move to other vendor. Need to improve on services and response also.
Unworthy Service
Great app! No service inspection. Doesn’t value the customers. Finding reasons to defend customer. Skips the service and charge the customer many a times. No punctuality maintained. False promises of wet mopping. They just run a jumbo duster around. The cleaners play with the security alarm system of the car by banging vehicles for just fun and no reason. They being in the uneducated labour over the customer base who keep goofing and reporting services not done as complete. Pathetic experience!!!

Extremely bad service and charges are levied inspite of no cleaning
I have raised the same complaint 3 times. The car is not cleaned but the charges are detected. The same reason (car not found) inspite of car being at the same parking. For reference here are the ticket numbers: 46DDBDF7 46DDB9D6 358B23C8 And after speaking to multiple people and not getting a positive response I again raised the same complaint: 46DDDAEC. I would highly recommend that you look at your services before you offer them.

Pathetic Service - Plead not to Subscribe
Its been a month since the service was taken, of which 2 days vehicle was not cleaned.
Today even when the vehicle was in its parking app was updated that vehicle was not there. When i called up customer support they tell me that they will call the cleaner to office and shout at him. Really???
And the money would be refunded back to the wallet. Haven’t seen the refund nor communications of any kind that this is being done/processed.
To top it all, there is an option to raise a query/complaint on the app, but you don’t get to see any acknowledgement or see progress of the issue it just vanishes to thin air and you have to keep on calling their team to log the issue again and to get updates (which again would never be done).
So continue with your local cleaner who is atleast approachable and you have a clear account of the service being provided.

Absolutely brilliant job by hone
I have visited Hyderabad for one of my friend’s wedding and I thought of giving my car for car wash but I got to know about honc and I booked the service from them, they did brilliant job. One of the best app for car wash service.
