Really bad instructions
Who is the deranged idiot who designed the pairing system for the Honda CR-V and iPhone 14 it doesn’t work. Not sure whether it’s the Honda software not keeping up or the latest upgrade from Apple not being compatible with the Honda

Our new 2023 Honda CRV hybrid sport touring is the best car we have ever owned. We realize that the technologies of today have improved all vehicles but we find that the technologies that are involved in our car, our head and shoulders above others that we’ve tried. we are having fun specializing our car to our needs and this is been a rewarding experience. Thank you Honda for making such a fine vehicle we give it thumbs up for everything about it.

Not very useful
Does not include any of my local Honda dealerships. I enter zip code, city and state or name of dealership and get nothing. Everything is AutoNation only and not even in my state.
nav does not work
honda nav does not work, cannot find any addresses, so what did i pay for, it is called theft.

This suv has power when I need it and handles well in all areas. I feel the gas mileage could be better but it’s not horrible.

Other parts of app are standard fare. Novel part was the chat with a car buyer. Not a sales person. They were super helpful in gathering a bunch of crvs in my area for me to look at. Cool service
AI assisted shop
It uses a text like feature that pairs you with an “expert” who helps you find a crv near your home. It was tough to figure out what was going on at first but after a while I actually found it useful. You can just type human at any point and I got a real person which was better than the ai

Oil change light comes on and I check the app for any additional scheduled maintenance before using the app to book my service appointment! Serious time saver.
