Honest Elevator

Honest Elevator is a role-based elevator service and repair management application designed to simplify and organize the complete service workflow. The app supports four different roles: Customer, Shop Admin, Technician, and App Admin. Each role has clearly defined responsibilities to ensure transparency and efficiency throughout the repair process. Customers can raise elevator repair or service requests directly through the app and track their progress in real time. Once a request is created, it is assigned to the Shop Admin, who reviews the issue and appoints the most suitable technician based on availability and expertise. Technicians receive assigned tasks, update job status, and mark work as completed after resolving the issue. This structured flow ensures timely updates and reduces miscommunication. The App Admin has full control over the system and can monitor or intervene at any stage of the process to ensure smooth operations and resolve any conflicts. Honest Elevator provides a centralized platform for managing elevator maintenance requests with better coordination, accountability, and service reliability.
