Cannot redeem digital copies
So far, we have really liked Honest History itself; the magazines are great. But, this app is rough. I cannot get any of my digital versions (that are supposed to be free with the physical copies) to redeem in app. That was the only reason I got the app.
Never received anything
We never received a single magazine. I tried to get a refund and was refused and I just got a reminder that the subscription was expiring and that I needed to write a review. It’s a scam.
Cancel subscription
I have been trying to cancel my subscription. I canceled it last month, your website doesn’t show me an option for it. It’s wayyyy too expensive I can’t afford that. And when I got the app it said I didn’t have any account when I did for the website unless it’s the same thing. I know I respond back, I tried emailing but didn’t get anything back.

Needs a major update.
Very confusing on how to access codes; you would think they would automatically download once the code is entered. Also, nothing shows within the Library section, even after downloading the books. Not user friendly - will stick to the physical books for now.
